“You gain strength, courage and confidence
by every experience in which you really stop
to look fear in the face.
You are able to say to yourself,
I lived through this horror.

I can take
the next thing that comes along.”

- Eleanor Roosevelt

Speaking of strength, when we think of it, do we have in mind someone who is devoid of emotion and intimidates others with his/her physical power? More like bullies, in my mind.  I’m always touched by olympiads who cry with tears of joy after a victory. Such a wonderful display of emotional and physical victory.
